​Walk-ins

Q: What age range is appropriate for bounce house play?
A: Bounce Hopper is designed for kids aged 1 to 12 years old. 

​

Q: Are socks required in the bounce houses?

A: Yes, all children are required to wear regular socks inside the bounce houses for hygiene and safety purposes. If you forget, socks are available for purchase at the venue.

​

Q: Can parents or guardians play in the bounce houses?

A: Our bounce houses are primarily designed for kids aged 1-12, but we allow parents to assist younger children if needed. However, adults should refrain from active play inside the bounce houses for safety reasons.

Birthday Parties​

Q: How early should I book my child’s birthday party?

A: We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially during peak seasons like weekends, holidays, or school breaks.

​

Q: What if some kids don’t show up to my party?
A: You are only charged for the kids who attend, with a minimum of 10 kids for the base price. The final headcount is taken when guests check in, and any additional kids beyond 10 will be added to your tab.

Q: How many people can fit in a party room?
A: Party rooms can accommodate up to 18 kids, with seating around two tables. Extra chairs are available for accompanying adults. For larger groups, we recommend renting the entire facility for better accommodations.

Q: Do you offer party invitations?

A: Yes, when you book a birthday party with us, we provide customizable invitations that can be sent electronically, or you can pick up printed versions from our facility to hand out to your guests.

Q: Can I access my party room before the party starts to set up?
A: The rooms are fully decorated and ready before your party begins, so no setup is needed on your part.

​

Q: Can I bring my own decorations?

A: Yes, as long as they do not require sticking to the walls. In accordance with Pittsford fire marshal regulations helium balloons are NOT allowed inside the facility, and any guests bringing them will be asked to leave them outside.

Q: Can I bring my own food or snacks?

A: Outside food is not allowed, except for a birthday cake or cupcakes. If you've rented the entire facility, you're also welcome to bring fruit, veggie, or sandwich trays.

Q: Can I store my cake in your fridge until the party starts?
A: No, due to New York health regulations, only food purchased by the facility can be stored in our fridges or freezers.

 

Q: Can I bring party favors?
A: Yes, you can provide party favors for guests to take home. Please ensure that no items contain nuts.

​

Q: Can we extend our stay in the party room beyond one hour?
A: Yes, if the room is available, you can extend your time for an additional fee of $100 per hour.

​

Q: Can I reschedule my party if something comes up?

A: Yes, we allow rescheduling based on availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

​

Q: Do you offer exclusive facility rentals for special events?
A: Yes! You can rent the entire facility for private events such as birthday parties, school outings, holiday celebrations, or corporate events after hours. This provides exclusive access to all play areas for your guests.
