How to Plan the Perfect Birthday Party at Bounce Hopper
Planning your child’s birthday party should be fun and exciting! At Bounce Hopper, we make the process easy with our wide range of activities and amenities to ensure your child and their friends have an unforgettable experience. Whether it's your first time hosting or you’re a seasoned party planner, here are some essential steps to help you organize an incredible celebration at our indoor bounce house and playground facility.
Choose Your Party Package
Start by selecting the right party package for your needs. At Bounce Hopper, we offer different options to fit your guest list and preferences, whether you're hosting a small gathering or renting out the entire facility for a private event. Each package includes access to our bounce house, slides, and interactive play zones. We recommend booking in advance, as weekends fill up fast!
Send Out Invitations
Once you’ve secured your booking, send out customized invitations. We provide free, customizable digital invites, or you can stop by and pick up printed versions to hand out in person. Ensure your invitations clearly mention important details like the time, location, and any special instructions (such as bringing socks for playtime).
Pick a Theme
Kids love themed birthday parties! Whether your child is obsessed with superheroes, princesses, or dinosaurs, choosing a theme can tie everything together—from the decorations to the party favors. Bounce Hopper’s vibrant play area is already a lively backdrop, but adding a personal theme will make the day extra special.
Plan Food and Drinks
When hosting a party at Bounce Hopper, we’ve got the food covered! We offer delicious pizza, and drinks to keep the kids (and adults) energized throughout the event. While we don’t allow outside food, you're welcome to bring a cake or cupcakes. Whole facility rentals can also bring additional items like fruit or veggie trays.
Set a Schedule
To ensure your party runs smoothly, we recommend following a basic timeline. At Bounce Hopper, we suggest the following schedule:

Arrival and Check-in: 10-15 minutes

Playtime in the Bounce House and Play Zones: 1 hour

Pizza and Cake in the Party Room: 45 minutes

Farewells: 15 minutes
Once your room time is over, feel free to continue enjoying the facility until we close at 5:00 PM!
Decorations and Party Favors
We provide vibrant, exciting party rooms and everything you need to celebrate your event at Bounce Hopper. However, if you decide to bring your themed decorations—like tablecloths, centerpieces, plates, and napkins—you’re more than welcome to do so! Just give your decorations to your host at check-in or a day before your event, and we’ll set up your room with your items. Please remember to avoid bring in helium balloons, as they are not allowed due to Pittsford Fire Marshal regulations. For an extra special touch, consider preparing party favors like small toys, themed goodies, or candy to hand out at the end of the party.
